i am soon-gonna-become a yogis..

i just finish showering..so refreshing now^^

i went to yoga class today and i found tat i starting to love yoga-ing...haha...

reason??hmmm...i think cos of the leng lui teacher- Mei yuen. She is a good teacher, she taught me full of patient, cos i m still new in yoga^^yaya, i m just beginner..

But mei leng teacher say i have the potential cos my body is so flexible to do any action.
The only thing is i have no stamina..
So i think i need to do some jogging or watever to improve my stamina lor^^

The facts:

• the key is the teacher (yaya..meiyuen is a good teacher)
• you can sweat+ can slim down ( this is wat i want^^)
• it's ok if you are shaking
• you don't have to be flexible
• Yoga is for everyone
  

the 1st step of my yoga class...lotus pose^^ let the whole body relax...and control your breath..Yoga is breathing. If you don't breathe properly through your advance postures you don't practise Yoga!!

this step quite tough...
its need our body to be stable so that we can stand well in this pose^^

Yesterday ofter my half day working..me and "1thing" (wan ting) directly heading to times square + sg Wang to buy BY ng bday's present^^

after a few hours of searching ( actually we did our own searching too..lolz) , finally...we bought a shirt for him since he was desperate for shirt recently..( not tat kua zhang say till desperate la)..hihi...and then we make frens to the boy who selling the shirt..haha...

Ok..its 6pm d...so we hav to goin back to GK meet up v other frens then going to steamboat at Kepong^^

after we all meet up then we heading to ke pong lo...Meet CS--xiao kai, at there then go to the restaurant to eat eat and eat..at this time, BY ng d complaining say that his stomach d tak boleh tahan...haha( purposely mention here..^^)

our lunch right after reach Sg Wang^^ McD..i'm lovin it^^

not bad..all of us eat until full full^^

yesterday-saturday, after half day work then I hanging out with my girlfriend--amei and another 2 guy--Denn + Meng..hihi...At first, we go meet Denn cos amei gonna past his bday present to him. ( paiseh to say tat i not yet prepare de present...hehe) We 3 ppls keep chatting chatting till de time Denn finish his rest time then only we go meet another fren, Meng..He just coming back from Redang tats y looks like a little Mr. Blackie...haha...actually not yet blakie but reddie^^

Then we having lunch at KIM GARY..wahahhaa...we "wat" him to treat us lunch then he say YES...During the lunch, we 3 keep using "lung" to talk...which means talking nonsense lor...swt~.~''' but kinda fun...haha

After lunch, I am heading to buy LEE HOM's MUSIC-MAN concert tisket...yeah~~~finally i can go his concert d...cos last time i miss the chance because I am having my exam tat time...The ticket kinda cheap the RM198 ticket,i bought it for only RM139.5..cheap rite?haha...damn happy for it^^ i go with wilson + uncle pei pei de..Uncle pei pei damn happy after noe i bought de ticlet d...haha...haih.uncle jiu shi uncle...hihi..yeah~~waiting 2nd of MAY coming...hihi...

then, we heading to pavilion to buy de Mr. Baoz...hihi..
